Custom embroidery orders may require additional processing time depending on the complexity and quantity of the order.

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other available carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email or text, when available.
Shipping Delays

Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Local Pickup

Custom Embroidery Orders
Processing times for custom embroidery vary based on order size, design approval, and material availability.
Production will begin after all necessary approvals and payments have been received.
Custom embroidered items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
