5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within five (5) days of purchase for exchange or store credit only.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

All merchandise is inspected prior to packaging. Items claimed as damaged after purchase will not be accepted.

6. Custom Embroidery Orders

Custom embroidery orders require customer approval before production when applicable.

Customers are responsible for verifying spelling, names, dates, logos, and artwork prior to production.

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, or exchanged.

She Is 31:25 is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, photographs, designs, text, and branding, is the property of She Is 31:25 and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
